HabitONE Instagram Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Alovira Corp, 3753 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 200, Las Vegas, NV 89169 (“Sponsor”), which administers this giveaway (the “Promotion”).

The Promotion is run on the Instagram account @habitone.co.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on October 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on October 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period are void.

Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

To enter, you need an Instagram account that is your own, is in good standing, and complies with Instagram’s Terms of Use. One person may enter through one Instagram account only. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies and suppliers, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

4. How to Enter

4.1. No purchase necessary. Entry is free. No purchase, payment or subscription of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and none will improve your chances of winning.

To enter, complete all three steps below during the Promotion Period:

1. Follow @habitone.co on Instagram;

2. Leave a comment on the Instagram post announcing the Promotion (the “Promotion Post”); and

3. Share the Promotion Post to your Instagram Story and tag @habitone.co in that Story.

4.2. Your comment. The comment may say anything, as long as it complies with Section 4.4.

4.3. Your Story share. Your Story must tag @habitone.co so that we can see it. Your Instagram account must be public at the time you share, and the share must not be limited to Close Friends. If we cannot see your Story share, we cannot count your entry.

4.4. Content rules. Your entry is not valid if your comment or Story contains anything unlawful, obscene, hateful, threatening, defamatory or otherwise unsuitable for a general audience, infringes anyone’s rights, or makes claims about treating, curing or preventing any medical condition. Sponsor may remove such comments and disqualify the entry.

4.5. Your entry must stay in place. To remain eligible you must still be following @habitone.co and your qualifying comment must still be visible on the Promotion Post at the time the winner is drawn. Deleted comments, deleted accounts and unfollows remove the entry from the drawing.

Your Story share only needs to be published during the Promotion Period — Stories expire after 24 hours and we do not require yours to still be visible when the winner is drawn.

4.6. Timing. Your entry is received when you have completed all three steps in Section 4.1. All three must be completed during the Promotion Period — if your Story share comes after the Promotion Period ends, your entry does not count. Instagram’s time stamps determine when each step was completed.

5. Entry Limit

5.1. Limit one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account for the Promotion Period, regardless of how many comments you leave. Additional comments or Story shares do not create additional entries.

6. Fraud Prevention; Disqualification

Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any automated or programmed means are void. The use of giveaway-farming accounts, bulk accounts, disposable or auto-generated accounts, or accounts created for the purpose of entering promotions is prohibited.

Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or fraudulent identities, email addresses or Instagram accounts will void all such entries and may result in disqualification.

Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an abusive or disruptive manner.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person who is the authorised holder of the Instagram account used to enter, who may be required to provide proof of authorisation.

Caution: any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive Bag of Protein Coffee (Chocolate Fudge Flavor). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $40.

The prize is awarded “as is”, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred or sold. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Sponsor covers shipping of the prize within the United States. The winner is responsible for any other costs.

8. Odds of Winning

Each eligible participant has one entry. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

9. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. After the Promotion Period closes on October 30, 2026, Sponsor will conduct the drawing on or about October 31, 2026. 

The winner will be notified by direct message from @habitone.co on Instagram on the day of the drawing. @habitone.co is the only account that will contact the winner.

The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond in time, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Winner Verification and Personal Data

To claim the prize, the winner will be asked to provide full name, email address and a shipping address within the United States, and to confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3. Failure to provide this within 72 hours of notification may result in forfeiture.

Sponsor will never ask you for payment, card details, bank details or a password in connection with this Promotion. Sponsor does not create separate accounts to announce winners. Any account other than @habitone.co claiming that you have won is fraudulent and should be reported to Instagram.

Where permitted by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to publish the winner’s Instagram handle and state of residence in connection with the Promotion.

11. Taxes

Any federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the value of the prize awarded to an individual reaches the applicable IRS reporting threshold, Sponsor will issue the required tax form and the winner will be asked to provide the information needed to complete it.

12. General Conditions

By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Sponsor may modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion. In that event, Sponsor may select the winner from the eligible entries received before the disruption.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor, HabitONE, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability for any loss, injury, damage, cost or expense arising out of participation in the Promotion or out of the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not received or displayed by Instagram for any reason, or for any technical malfunction of the platform.

14. Instagram and Meta

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. or any of their affiliates.

By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta from any and all liability arising out of or relating to the Promotion.

All information you submit in connection with the Promotion is provided to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Promotion must be directed to Sponsor at help@habitone.co, not to Instagram or Meta.

The Promotion is also not sponsored, endorsed by or associated with any other third party whose trademarks may appear in connection with it.

15. Governing Law; Arbitration; Disputes

These Official Rules and this Promotion are governed by, and any dispute will be resolved in accordance with, HabitONE’s Terms & Conditions (available at https://habitone.co/policies/terms-of-service), including the binding individual arbitration agreement and class-action waiver and the governing-law and venue provisions set out there.

By entering, each entrant agrees to resolve disputes with HabitONE through final and binding individual arbitration rather than in court (except for small-claims and intellectual-property matters), waives any right to participate in a class action, and remains subject to the arbitration opt-out right set out in the Terms & Conditions.

Information collected is handled in accordance with HabitONE's Privacy Policy, available at https://habitone.co/pages/privacy-policy.

17. Winners List and Questions

We announce the winner in Sponsor’s Instagram Stories. You can also request the winner’s Instagram handle by emailing help@habitone.co within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
